Studies have shown that many overweight individuals don't eat any differently from thin individuals, and size is frequently not an exact measure of how healthy a person is. (You can be a thin person who eats nothing but junk food & never exercises!) You do not understand this girl, her background, her genes, her diet or exercise regimen, so don't presume to understand what is best for her health and wellbeing.
"Mr.Z" Comments: I agree with Naturist Portal but I'll say that it's difficult to discover the balance between fighting obesity/promoting a healthy weight and also not judging individuals. I'd never say anything to offend anyone, but WHAT EXACTLY IS the proper way to boost a healthy weight without offending fat people or promoting sex?

The sand is located along the northern side of a lake called Lac des Deux Montagnes. Despite this unofficial status, nudity is taken. There are ranger and police patrols on the beach, but they do not harass anyone for being naked. They're looking for poor behaviour.
After a mile you'll see a big parking lot. Park as close to the huge building as possible. This building comprises the dressing rooms and restaurant for the fabric strand. To get to the clothing optional beach, walk past the enormous building and follow a path that goes parallel to the strand, through a pine woods.
